AWES Recruitment 2024: Apply Online for PGT, TGT, and PRT Teacher Posts

The Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has released the AWES Notification PDF 2024 for the recruitment of Postgraduate Teacher (PGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), and Primary Teacher (PRT) positions. भारत में सरकारी नौकरी का महत्व उच्च होने का कारण पहले तो जॉब सिक्योरिटी है। सरकारी सेवाओं की अन्य विशेषताएं भी हैं, और एक मुख्य कारण यह भी है कि सरकारी नौकरी करने वालों को दहेज मिलता है।

भारत में 2017 में बनी फिल्म 'न्यूटन' में समझाया गया है कि सरकारी नौकरी ( Sarkari Damad) करने वाले को उच्च सम्मान मिलता है, जो उनके शादीशुदा जीवन को सुगम बनाता है।

छोटे शहर से आने वाले न्यूटन जैसे लाखों भारतीय हैं, जो सरकारी नौकरी पाने के लिए बेकरार हैं। भारत में सरकारी नौकरी का मतलब है, आमदनी की गारंटी, सिर पर छत और मुफ्त में मेडिकल सुविधाएं। इसके अलावा सरकारी नौकरी करने वाले और उसके परिजनों को घूमने या कहीं आने-जाने के लिए पास भी मिलता है।

रेलवे भर्ती बोर्ड के अमिताभ खरे कहते हैं, 'भारत का समाज सामंतवादी रहा है। जहां पर सरकारी नौकरी करने वाले को समाज में बड़े सम्मान से देखा जाता था। वो मानसिकता आज भी कायम है'।

आईएएस और दूसरी सिविल सर्विसेज़ को तो और भी ऊंचा दर्जा हासिल है। यूपी और बिहार जैसे राज्यों से हर साल बड़ी तादाद में युवा सिविल सर्विसेज में कामयाबी हासिल करते हैं। रेलवे के एक अधिकारी ने बताया कि हर साल करीब 15 हजार रेलवे कर्मचारी अपने शहर में वापस ट्रांसफर किए जाने की अर्जी देते हैं। इनमें से ज्यादातर अर्जियां यूपी और बिहार से आती हैं।

सरकारी दामाद पर कविता

दामाद सभी को सरकारी चाहिए -

जिसमें हानि नहीं मुनाफा हो बस ,

एक ऐसी बीमारी चाहिए l

शिक्षा उपचार तो सभी को प्राइवेट वाला चाहिए ,

बस दामाद ही सभी को सरकारी चाहिए ll
